At Lion Property Maintenance, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality property services, and our latest project is a testament to our expertise and commitment to excellence. We are thrilled to have successfully completed the build and sparkle cleans for R G Carter on behalf of LACE Housing for their £15,000,000 extra care facility in Welton, Lincolnshire.
A Landmark Development for LACE Housing
This impressive development consists of:
✅ 62 modern apartments
✅ 10 well-designed bungalows
✅ Extensive on-site facilities, including a full commercial kitchen and guest suites
Designed to provide high-quality, independent living with care support, this facility will serve as a vital resource for older adults in the local community. The project reflects a strong commitment to improving housing options and ensuring comfort, accessibility, and security for residents.
Our Role: Build & Sparkle Cleans
With a project of this scale, cleanliness and presentation were essential to achieving a flawless handover. Our experienced team worked meticulously to complete:
✔ Build Cleans: Removing post-construction dust, debris, and residue to ensure a pristine finish.
✔ Sparkle Cleans: The final deep clean to bring out the shine, ensuring each apartment, bungalow, and communal area was move-in ready.
From the spacious apartments to the fully equipped commercial kitchen and guest suites, every corner was given our signature attention to detail, leaving the development spotless and welcoming.
Proud to Support Community-Focused Developments
Working alongside R G Carter and LACE Housing, we are proud to have contributed to a project that will enhance the lives of many residents in Welton. The extra care facilities provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, allowing residents to live independently with access to on-site assistance when needed.
This project is yet another example of how Lion Property Maintenance delivers high-quality property services at scale, helping developers and housing associations achieve their goals with confidence.
